Those kangaroos were indeed just doing their wild Kangaroo thing... *g* I'm sure they're farmed in some places since there's Kangaroo meat (though I've seen it more in the UK and EU than I have on a menu over here so far) but these are wild.

I think it was actually a pansy on the pancakes - which I've not had before, but ate anyway. Not sure what it tasted of! I've had nasturtiums in salad and liked them - peppery!
