Thank you! Definitely ugh and gaah! The trouble with dealing with it in a rented house is that the dealing-with is only as good as the landlord - and his mate has said it's all on the outside of the wall (not in the wall, if you know what I mean) and probably just due to poor ventilation and lack of heating. Trouble is, that room has poor ventilation and a lack of heating, so I'm not really sure how things are going to improve once it's all cleaned off and dried out - I reckon it'll just come back again... But I guess we'll see...
