Kind of like a cruise ship in the middle of the desert that doesn't go anywhere!

Great image.

My images of the place seem to centre around Frank Sinatra and the rat pack. And Sinatra standing up for Sammy Davis Jr. when he was allowed to perform there but not allowed to stay in a hotel with the rest of the gang. Or maybe that was somewhere else?
