Holiday Day Six - A Tourist's Guide to Cornish Rainfall...

...so we drove ourselves up to Falmouth and found three bookshops and a coffeeshop to play in. *g* Cornish rarebit all around, then cake and coffee and yum... We did manage a wee walk down to see the harbour, but there was only about five minutes where it wasn't raining, so...
And I only bought four books. And one of them was 1/3 off and was also Daphne DuMaurier's Jamaica Inn, cos when I think about it I've never read it, though I've stopped there twice to see the place... And two were for a writing project. And the other was a Penelope Lively book, cos she's good... *g*
Aaaand... then it was home for cosying up in front of a fire, and watching Need to Know and Blackout... *sighs happily*... Hope you've all had a lovely (if rainy) day...
