Day 51 - Summer's days and writing...

I have no photos today, except for a quick pic I took which must be representative of my happiness that it was another nice day outside. I didn't actually get to go into it, because I was working-working-working, but it was there... Midsummer's wildflowers, in the sunshine on my windowsill!

The happiest thing today was that I actually really truly did start on my Victorian story (in fact I was just a little distracted by it again then - when I started this post it was well before midnight, and now it's not... *g*). Including some bits of research and ideas, and the names of the two main characters, I now have...

Once Upon a Time...

...I followed read_warbler down a wee rabbit hole, via Stainless Steel Droppings on the Once Upon a Time Challenge! I've never done a reading challenge before (well, not unless you count the MS Readathons I did when I was in primary school *g*), and I thoroughly enjoyed it, and read various books and short stories that I might not have got around to reading amidst the thousands of books that are out there waiting to be read, so yeay. I also watched some fantasy for one of the challenges, but I didn't actually post about it, so I'm not sure whether that counts...
