2020-02-11 SignsOfSpring Despite being late for the day after last night's 4am end, and having lots of work to do, I decided to get outside into the blustery sunshine today, and went and did some gardening for an hour or so. Well I say gardening, I was attacking the brambles again, which have sprouted up like nobody's business. The worst thing is having nowhere to put them - Landlord kept saying he was going to do bonfires, but all that's happened is that we have multiple and massive piles of stuff waiting to be burned and growing new brambles. There's no real compost piles to use (and anyway, way too much for compost piles, and too big!) I try to chop the brambles up really small so that at least they take up less space and are more mulchable, but I need to find a solution this year! Anyway - it was a happy thing to be out in the wind and sunshine for a change! *g* And on my way back inside to work, I spotted signs of spring in my own pots!

The other happy thing was that I took time to do a bit of tidying, and picked up Folder Number 1 of the UK Paper Circuit Library again. I put all the stories in alphabetical order in the file to match the list, and then checked them in ProsLib (I'd already checked them online). So now I know what's truly not available anywhere else in Folder 1. More about that tomorrow, because I'd better get back and finish off work now, but... it was good to get back to that!

And finally - I'm pausing to read some Prosfic again! Spring-heeled Jack by Georginna Kirrin and Luck of the Draw by Meg Lewtan, randomly pulled from my shelves. *g* I must get my dvds out again too - it's been ages!
