Aha - cheers about the ibeeb thing! I knew I'd read it but I was too lazy to go and look again!
I do my caps via VLC player, cos that's what I usually use to watch Pros. I've not got any other paid-for programme that does screenshots at the moment. If you've got VLC then you can take screencaps with Cntl+Alt+S. I keep my fingers on Cntl+Alt and hit the S when I need to! I'm sure there are more technically-knowledgeable ways of doing it, but... *g*
