I suppose it's like any job, you get to know your colleagues, and you maybe help them out sometimes

Yeah...I suppose I was thinking that the acting profession was that bit harder than lots of other careers, more rivalry for fewer jobs and perhaps that would mean you don't make friends as easily, plus the fact that actors seem to move around more - going where the job requires them to go - but MS seems to have a few longstanding friendships and I think that says something good about him.
