The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I noticed that a comment I made was showing up with an icon that was completely strange to me. I didn't really have time to investigate then so I didn't do anything about it. As far as I can recall it fixed itself before too long. I thought it was just a glitch with lj. Weird!
