It sounds as if you had a lovely time. You certainly saw some absolutely lovely sites. Swans, and windmills and a castle. Of course, I love the castle.

Have you thought about going to Santorini? Every picture I've seen of the place, it looks absolutely gorgeous, And talk about ruins! I'd love to see Akrotiri.
