I live near a completely different town now, and Wells (where the club is) is a twenty minute drive away (depending on how fast I can go over the hills, but they're tiny windy roads *g*) So it's not far, and that's where I do both archery and fiddle, but it's enough that I don't want to go just to have to turn around at the other end...

Yeay for watching GG as a family - that's so nice! Watching tv as a family is something I remember fondly from being a kid, so it's nice to hear that people still experience it, rather than everyone closeted away on their separate devices, isolated...

Yes! Even if he then joined in with the objections because he's in a place to be easily convinced that people need to be treated well, and went on to win the day for someone else each time it would seem a bit more... real somehow... But oh well, it's all still beautifully done otherwise! *g*
