You are clearly far more of a gardener than I. I salute you (as does my collection of weeds, ivy and maybe half a dozen assorted planters (one of which, hidden away in the corner by the shed, was actually a toilet in a former life, now buried up to the rim and with plants in it :-) ))
Three of the planters are those fancy, fashionable old farmhouse sinks, though, rescued from a building site :-)
