I've heard of that - that's bizarre! It's one thing to be the publisher, fine, but whoever heard of books that can only be sold in one bookshop? Mind you, many of them are also restricted because if they're in .mobi then you can't upload them to a non-Kindle device, so there's various m/m fic I can't read because I don't want to give in to being restricted like that. I suppose I will one day give into it in some way, but... not yet.
