Huh... Sorry! I don't know nothing about all that, and I don't know how 'safe' it would be to use LJ. And if it would be convenient at all.
But considering the huge(!) amount of work, it seems a good idea, if others could help you!

But honestly, I am not sure, if the stories at Palelyloitering are 'zines only'? And if - if the new solution should be as well...?
