Unless you buy all of your food from certified organic sources, then you're definitely getting hormones with your meals. Chickens are fed hormones to help them develop more rapidly; cattle also are supplemented with hormones (and, in some countries, with antibiotics - did you know that in Syria a huge percentage of the population is resistant / immune to antibiotics because of their constant exposure to them?) so that's your meat and dairy products affected. I don't know about lamb or pork but can't see why they'd be different. Wow. Think of how symptom-free we'd be if we just avoided eating. *g*
