...am all of a something thinking about what's coming up next week now... just... gosh...
I mean, I know we've had hints that all is not right with our Jacob, and I've been loving them, and wondering if they were red herrings, and wondering if Bukovic was a red herring, and then wondering if he was a double-double-bluff red herring, and... But gosh...
And there are bound to be squeals about introducing Muslims to the series, which... oh, just sod off, weren't you watching?! Have you been to England? To London?
Sorry, just had to get that out of the way. Maybe if I pre-empt they won't say it, right? *g*
Where was I? Another fab episode, and I love that it's getting thinkier, and all the characters we've had introduced so far are becoming both more and less tangled as we find out more about them... Less spectacular, more... real world interpretation, perhaps, in this one... despite the fact that the others spoke more overtly about real world interpretations...
I can't believe people have been viewing it so shallowly in general, and that viewing figures are apparently down - I think it's one of those shows that do keep you thinking about it once it's over, and that's brilliant - like a good, think-y fic. Hmmmn, then again, perhaps it's the Helen Raven of tv - think-y fic that's so strongly done it makes people uncomfortable enough that they don't want to deal with it...
Hmmn...
