366 Photos - 17/366 - the unhelpful type of cloud!

Late, cos I felt a bit as if I was spamming yesterday.... See what I mean by unhelpful? And I'm not sulking at all that everyone else has such pretty snow... *sighs*

Today's is not looking good so far either - but perhaps it'll brighten up... *crosses fingers, holds thumbs* So there's another tree to make up for it a bit, just to show I'm making an effort (*g*)...

366 Photos - 18/366 - (Flat white) clouds all day, but a moon at night...

Unbelievable! It's not 7pm and I've actually finished my work for the day! And not only that, but having been covered in flat white cloud all day, when I went out to find some rainwater for the orchid that might be flowering again, there was the moon! Lighting up the clouds - which are now patchy and more interesting... Hurrah! The second pic is the same moon with my camera set on "Drawing effect", for fun. I like the way it makes the clouds look like mountains. Just think, if an alien species came to Earth and looked up, and this was the way they saw the world - what a completely different place they'd see... *g*

Blimey, whatever will I do with myself now...?!
