... cos wheeee, she passed her MOT! I have the green version instead of the red one! Yeaaaaay! *g*

And what was it in the end? A teeny tiny piece of pipe was split and burst - I mean really teeny-tiny, the length of my fingernail. It took them less than twenty minutes to find it, and I was out in less than an hour - having paid just £27. They didn't charge me for a re-test, even though they could have according to the rules. Yeay! (Of course they were probably hoping I didn't ask them why they hadn't found the problem the other day, since they said they'd tried and tried and hadn't been able to, and checking the pipes to the sensor with the fault sounds like a fairly basic check to me...

Anyway - done! Oop north, here I come! *vbg* And to celebrate...

The lads all covered in oil working on their vehicles... *sighs happily*

And isn't it a nice day outside? Blue skies, sun shining, I walked into work again and I'm wearing my favourite dress... *g* Oh, let's have some more pretty lads, just because...

Courtesy of a post here at [livejournal.com profile] nellhowell's lj - lots of other fab pics, and green stripey socks... *g*

The holding hands post by our [livejournal.com profile] ancastar. I like our lads holding hands... just for a moment, just while there's a reason that no one else will really worry about... *g*

As said in this post by [livejournal.com profile] przed - too adorable for words...

You know, I guess I'm ready to start work properly now... *sighs happily*

Yay!!!!!!

My car passed its MOT yesterday, so they can celebrate together at the weekend *g*.

And I damn well hope they didn't charge you for the re-test, considering like they should have found the problem the first time!

You go, little car! Very glad all that drama had a happy ending.

The helmet picture really is adorable. LC doesn't look like he's old enough to shave yet.

Brilliant! I'm so pleased for you - no credit CARd-crash after all *g*

You deserved to triumph, especially for the way you dealt with the garages and their, ahem, shortcomings. Oh, and for posting us those bloody gorgeous mechanic pics - if only our garage mechanics looked like that! (well there is one bloke at the tyre-and-exhaust place who doesn't look too bad, but he's not in this league - as if anyone could be! *g*)

Hope you and Car have many many happy miles ahead, starting with oop North.

oi, when you have a minute, have another go at emailing me your mark-up? Ta!!!

Yay! I would have missed Little Car. I'm sorry it was so stressful, but at least it wasn't stressful and expensive.

And yay for Lads! I'd not seen some of these before...
