The existence of books. Many books...

Oh and Bake-Off, except I wish it hadn't been [that person] to go...

Oh, and making some pretty decent apple buns (not related to Bake-Off, completely coincidental!) and also picking lots of apples and pears (on a related note, Mrs bought pears. They have pear trees. Trees! Plural!)

And my up-and-coming Going-to-Bed...

I do like my window... especially when there are reflections of my books behind me! *g*

And they are all *your* books!
Very interesting view. The window and reflection, and what is beyond, on the outside...

They are indeed all my books! *g* And yeah - that's my view out the window that you see, basically their big house (and my car parked there... better than stable yards with no greenery, but still not a view... one day, when I'm grown up... *g*

Happiness = books and candles! Oh, and baking!

Excellent definition of happiness... *g*

And ooh, sounds good! I've never yet braved preserving - I'm convinced I won't be able to sterilise jars, even though I know that all you really have to do is pour boiling water into and all over them... One day I'll be grown up and brave!

Yay, books!

Yay Bake Off! Although I agree about the person who left. I'm crushed. (I've managed, finally, to secure access to episodes, so happily catching up now.)

Yay baking!

Mrs is a very strange person.

And from yesterday, when I had no time: yay running! Seriously, while walking is a great way to clear your head, running is even better. The mental health benefit is a large reason why I'm still running, 10 years on from when I started.

Yeay books! *g* And yeay for catching up with the Bake-Off! (I've actually wondered about catching up with all the years I've missed, but I can't seem to find dvds anywhere...)

I was supposed to be running today, but I had an early start for work, and a long day, and it's incredibly windy - and dark not long after I got home... and it won't be tomorrow or Friday...damn, and just realised it may not be Saturday, as I've got to get down to Somerset again... ack! And the odd thing is, this time, that I'm actually properly bothered that I can't, rather than being secretly a bit relieved that I can slack... So definitely a better start this time!
