It was one of those todays where absolutely nothing seemed to go right - right down to the person in charge at the food saving shop getting it wrong so that I had to turn people away because she'd not got together the food for us. Gaaargh!

On the bright side - wild violets growing randomly on the lawn.

Also, I did bedding laundry and it was sunny and windy enough that it dried outside even though it was cold.

And I'm reading The Rules of Magic, which is a prequel to one of my favourite books, Practical Magic by Alice Hoffman.

Oh - and I'm actually posting this post, which feels like an achievement, which is its own kind of happy!

I think that's about it, because honestly - today. Hope your day's been much better...

Food saving was back on track today - hurrah! All sorted out. *g*

And yeay for good books and flowers. Hope you're doing okay over there - I keep forgetting to go to That Other Place to see... Maybe tomorrow if I finish this nightmarish document in time!
