Today (and tomorrow) are all-day online meetings, which are quite rare for me, but have come two-days-in-a-row this time. I should have been attending them in Cambridge, and actually meeting colleagues and working with real live people for a change... *sigh*... I managed to steal out for a quick walk at lunchtime though, and when we'd finished I went detecting for an hour, before it got too dark - just to get out!

And the moon was watching over me...

Lol - it's a "digging tool", and I have to say it works alot better than the garden trowel I was using! I have been thinking it might work in a murder story plot though!

I only found a shotgun cap (a "shottie") and a coin that was so worn I couldn't tell anything else about it - not the year, monarch, nothing!
