Thank you! I could wish for a bit more focus and less grain, but it was only on my phone camera, with the zoom up. Mother Nature did the good bits though. *g*
Well, I do have to walk up the ridge to be able to see this view - but I can see that something like this is happening, and know to walk up the ridge! *vbg*
I will definitely have a holiday over Christmas/New Year - sooo looking forward to it! *g*
I'm so often blown away by your photography, and doubly so when you're frequently getting these beautiful shots without benefit of specialist gear of any kind! This is a beauty, but what really makes it stunning is the composition - precisely because the sun is tiny and the strip of ground at the bottom quite narrow, giving the whole thing its fabulously vast scale. As for November deadlines, though ... wishing you the very best luck with them!!!
Aw, thank you! And I'm so chuffed you like the composition - that's what I like to choose best, and what I hope works best, so yeay! *g*
I remember reading a famous woman photographer - maybe Liebowicz, I'm not sure - saying that you should be able to take good photos with any old camera, because it was all down to the composition. Maybe that stuck with me! *g*
Booo about the deadlines, but yeah for the wonderful picture.
Deadlines are always stressful and are something we all could good live without, couldn't we? But I'm sure you'll make it in time and I hope you'll have a less stressful December.
Thank you! And well - that'll teach me to try and do three jobs at once...! Still, I'm finished with two of them now - down to one for the next week or so! *g*
