Elemental

Primal Force of Nature

The term "Elemental" refers to spirits of the natural elements. The four basic types of elementals are: Gnomes (earth), Sylphs (air), Undines (water), and Salamanders (fire). Elementals are free spirits, although they can be employed by sorcerers to do various things. They have been seen as faery creatures, insubstantial sprites, and even simply as points of light, for example flitting about in a stream or a campfire. They are, however, notoriously ditzy.
