Saturdays shouldn't be allowed to be stupid...

byslantedlight... it's such a waste of a day!
- grey and rainy again
- was all good and went to fix little bits of Little Car that had strangely come away from their moorings in the last couple of months, only to find the sticky stuff Landlady had picked up for me doesn't stick! Stoopid non-sticky stuff...
- was all good and did some laundry - and promptly slid on laminate floor that had a tiny wee drop of water on it from my going out to the dryer - ow-back, ow-neck, ow-right-shoulder - ow!
- was all good and activated online thingie to do tax return - only it didn't activate immediately, as they'd said it would, so I can't!
- was all good and phoned tax office to get details I needed, and was clever and waited until weekend evening as they'd suggested when I spoke to them the other day - only the phone lines aren't open after all - Saturday evenings or Sunday! Gaaah! Fibbers! And now I'm not going to be able to get my tax return filed this weekend after all...
- just... gaaargh! I tried to be so productive, but I might just as well have taken the whole day off to do nothing, for all the good it did!
And you know what? There's nothing but total tat on telly tonight too... *headdesk*
So... Plan B... Does anyone have a Plan B for me?!
