I've not seen the Lanc in the air for aaaaages - I think it was a couple of years ago I caught it's tail-end as it flew home from something, but nothing since... according to the BBMF flight into she is still flying though, so I guess I've just been unlucky...

You must be onto a week-later Saturday-night beer by now - I'll try and put up proper pics from the show to go with that too! *g*

It was a one-off event, just a few hours really - basically it lasted until the rain stopped!

The planes and the narration were both rather cool - though the narrator seemed a little grim throughout, which I suspect may have been related to the wind and rain that seemed to be galing across the stage as well... I shall try and put better pics up soon - maybe somewhere that will help you practice tagging... *g*

I can't believe that the rain cleared on my way home last night and it's been dry since then - until today! Saturday rain, again! Hope you've had sunshine and warm winds to make up for the barbeque...
