...erm... Happy things today... I nearly missed making this post but then didn't! And it's been sunny and gorgeous and I did laundry and dried it on the clothesline! I was inside working madly at two jobs whilst it was sunny and gorgeous outside, but that was okay. Except that I'm not ignoring you, I promise, I want to talk to people who commented today, and I will - but now I must go to bed so that I can leave the house at 6.15am tomorrow morning to get a train to London

But I have no picture for the day - ack! I need a happy thing picture!

Okay - this one... because yes, which makes me smile!

I'm not sure whether to be impressed or perturbed that the time-stamp showing on this post suggests that you were posting at about 5am?!?!?

I guess that means you're in the Smoke right now ... unless I'm more confused than usual and that's actually tomorrow - but either way I hope it's a good/productive trip, and that there is sunshine. I'm sitting correcting a horrible convoluted text right now, with all that lovely sunshine outside ... :-\

I was indeed up at bizarre hours, to catch a train to London (where I am now ensconced in a hotel room that has only a wee bit of internet access for free, but at least it has some), having been working my heart out all morning. Definitely more perturbing than impressive - I'm not used to that sort of thing any more! There was an alarm clock involved and everything! And come 6pm the other workers will text me to join them for red wine and dinner, and I'm looking forward to that too - in preparation for tomorrow's gruelling event!

It wasn't quite 5am when I posted this morning - but probably not far off 6am, cos I'd got up to shower at 5.30...yawn! And when I got on the train I found it full to the gunnells with grey-suited commuter types. I can only imagine what the later trains are like!

Hehe - that pic is so true.. I just bought 8 heavy books, and head to carry them all home on my head because they were too heavy to carry. :P

Noooo to early starts - but hope the trip goes well! Hee, I love the graphic. I went away for the weekend and came back with a book called Shropshire Doctors and Quacks... I don't even, as my daughter would say :DD
