Speaking of re-reading...

Sometimes you just need a hug of a book, one that you know is going to make you feel happy for the characters, and as if you're wandering around a place that you love... which, since this is set in Astreiant, I was... *g*

Yes, I've reread this one as well as all the other Points books and I'm sure I will again. It's such a pleasure to spend time with Rathe and Eslingen.

My only thing is that I try not to read them too often - it wasn't really that long ago that I last read Point of Knives (and the others *g*). But I couldn't help myself, it was just there... and fab. *g*

I have only one complaint about this book - it's so thin! But... again it is somehow so big once you get inside the story and see the characters and watch them and walk with them... And I really hugged it (and others too) more the once *g*

I know! Far, far too short... but that's because I'm very greedy for Astreiant and Rathe and Eslingen, and I just want more and more and more... *happy sigh* These books must be hugged... *g*

I have to read this sometime - the adventures of Rathe and Eslingen just sound comfortably familiar somehow... :D

Oh, you really really must - they're just lovely books, in their own right too! *g*
