Lol! What I love about this is less about the benefits and features of a book and more about how we have been brainwashed into the spoon-feeding of features and benefits of technology over the years. :) Clever advertising.
Yes! That's exactly why I like it - because it recognises exactly where we are now, and then turns it on its head in order to make it obvious and have a laugh about where we are now! *g*
Very clever advert! It reminds me of a similar one I'd watched a few years ago on the home page of a French (I think) paper company, eliciting all the advantages of a paper book in a smart and funny way, presenting it as it was a new-fangled invention rather than something that's been around for centuries... If I can still find it, I'll send you the link ☺
Oh, please do send the link if you come across it! I do like clever adverts... *g* I remember seeing a cartoon somewhere too, that did a similar thing only based on people figuring out paper rather than rock or something - wish I could find it again, I can't believe I didn't bookmark it or something... (hmmn, maybe it wasn't even online - now there's a thought!)
I've had a search around, with no success. But I'll keep trying
But I've also found this French advert (for toilet paper) which is also entertaining and cleverly done (and no need for words... the actors' expressions say it all!):

No, I hadn't seen it, thank you. I'll smirk every time I see an Ikea advert now.
