I get very frowny about cutting down healthy greenery - so many homes! (and oxygen and energy and life and wild spaces for breathing, and... and homes).
Is it part of a rookery? I might suggest magpies, but they are often rounder and don't tend to nest together. Rooks, on the other hand, are gregarious creatures, so I'd expect to see more than three. But I can't tell the scale from the photo, I suppose, so they could be teeny-tiny for all I know! I'm all intrigued now!
(Edited to clarify that it's the magpies' nests that are rounder, not necessarily the magpies themselves. Although it depends on what they've been eating, I guess..)

Not a big one, if it is - there's a few nests around, but not loads... I've been assuming something magpie or crow-sized, from the size of the nests (they're not teeny-tiny *g*) - I shall try and remember to look up when I go past, and suss out their shape!
