Blimey, just twenty days left to go...
2016-12-12 Rain
On the bright side, it might be the end of a long day, but landlord is sorting my oven tomorrow (in fact he's replacing it), my filling is fixed (until next time), I caught up and finished my work to deadline, I got to the post office, I did laundry, and on top of all that? Arranged to go see Rogue One next Monday. Yeay! So actually a much better day than I was expecting.

How're you doing? *g*

It's so good to accomplish all tasks you planned. I love the photo btw, the combination of rain on glass and the blurred colours beyond. :-)

Accomplishing things is fab - and even better when they turn out to be not as bad as you'd worried!

And thank you! I do rather like a blurry rain-colour pic, I must admit... *g*

I love days like that, when I manage to Get Things Done. Even if I don't have the list written down on paper, I enjoy checking off the tasks in my head. Quite satisfying, that!

Getting Things Done is great, isn't it! I was expecting it to be much more traumatic too, so hurrah! *g*

So glad things are starting to look up and you managed to carry out your plans on schedule.
I like the pic very much! Unusual focus on the water droplets with blurry colourful background ;)

Well, at least they were done with, which is always good!

And thank you! I do like a blurry rain-colour photo, I must admit! *g*

A new stove! Let's hope it works alright and is wonderful!
Great picture! What is the blue round thingy?
Your weather station?

All the best to your filling!

Sadly the Maus is quite ill, bad throatache, she hardly ate anything since yesterday morning. So I'm sitting on the sofa with her, but all she does is rest.
The kids at school had to do without me today. And probably will have to tomorrow, too.
Your special J is at times hard to work with, he asks the most amazing questions though. Nothing to do with the things he is supposed to learn, more with the things the teacher and /or I say to the kids. I already wish I could know what becomes of him.

Now I wonder what your tuesday brings you.

Oh no, poor Maus! I hope she feels better soon - and that you and Mr Maus don't catch it!

Kids so often ask interesting questions about things that aren't what other people want them to concentrate on! I hope J carries on being amazing, and learns all kinds of things to help him...

Ack - I spoke too soon about the cooker! Chappie arrived with a new (second-hand, but newer than mine) one, got it all fitted - and it didn't work either. Ack! And my filling is aching a bit! And I didn't get enough work done (and it's a really difficult assignment...) *sighs*

Oh, the round blue thing on the pic is the metallic sun that the previous tenant left behind - I like it, it's cheerful! I even like it when it bangs in the wind, cos it's a nice metal-on-wood kind of clank... *g* My weather station is around the corner, and is a thin poking-up thing. I'll include it in a picture one day!

So... my Tuesday was (yet again) not quite right - but not quite wrong either, not really. I have a tree in my annexe, and it smells gorgeous. *g*

Hope you have a good Wednesday, and that Maus feels better. Did you manage lots of hexies (or housies *g*) while Maus was sleeping, that's what I wonder...? *g*

Hooray for the new oven (just in time for Christmas) and the new filling (just in time for eating what you've baked in the new oven) and for catching up with work (we'll gloss over that because... work) and for getting to the Post Office as well.
There can be no celebrating the Doing of the Laundry because, well, laundry, but we could certainly celebrate your washing machine not taking a leaf out of the oven's book and turning its toes up, I suppose.

I got my first Pros-y Christmas card (ever!) today, so I am very happy! :-)

I spoke too soon about the oven - the "new" one was all fitted and everything - and then it didn't work, so chappy's taken it away again... and my new filling is being somewhat achey, (which it shouldn't, cos it's been root-canalled and there shouldn't be anything to ache)... but the laundry remains done, so actually, that was the best thing after all! *g*

And shhhh - don't give the washing machine ideas! *g*

Your first Pros-y Christmas card - how fab! They're such lovely things, aren't they! *g*
