Naturally, when I finally had some time to read my flist and think about replying to comments, I'm having major lj-issues!

I can't seem to access other people's ljs to leave comments - is anyone else having that problem? I'm getting:

This site can’t be reached
the-safehouse.livejournal.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

It's not happening on every lj/post that I try to access, but on various people's ljs and communities. I can't get to, for instance, [livejournal.com profile] sc_fossil, [livejournal.com profile] mab_browne, [livejournal.com profile] moth2fic, [livejournal.com profile] thesmallhobbit, or The Safehouse (and it won't accept its lj-comm code). But I can get to [livejournal.com profile] sw33n3y, [livejournal.com profile] ariss_tenoh, [livejournal.com profile] unbelievable2, and Discoveredinalj - but like Safehouse, I can't code its lj name here, it gives me an error and then vanishes when I come to edit/correct). It seems madly random, unless it's to do with a particular server that some people are on but not others.

Naturally, I now have to go back to work - is anyone else having this problem? Or, if you can't access this to reply to me, could you please drop me an email?!

Thank you - and aaaargh!

I haven't been having any assess problems that I know of, but haven't had a lot of time online for several days, either. Cowley gives you a duck to cheer you up.

Yeay for the duck! *g* (Oddly enough, I re-watched that Sesame Street clip just a couple of weeks ago! *g*) I'm hoping its just a glitch - no one else seems to have seen it though!
