So... what did you think?!
I thought it was fabulously intrigue-y and think-y - and I do like shows like that... It makes me want to go and find out more than the little I know about the Pope during WWII, but more especially afterwards - did that really happen to his body after death? I bet it must have if they put it in the show, which is just fascinating...
And... oh, I don't know where to begin talking without spoilering, so....

Date: Thursday, 20 November 2008 10:45 pm (UTC)I even had a couple of moments where I had to cover my eyes cos I just knew that something awful was about to happen. I was actually quite disappointed that I didn't feel frightened at all during the first ep, so ep 2 scores more points on that score.
And I wasn't ready at all for the final twist in the tale...
So, yep - thumbs up for ep 2!
(And MS still has such a sexy walk, doesn't he! *g*)
