...a Pros pic or article posted or drabble written (your choice which) for anyone who'll tell me their opinion/thoughts/feelings about Windows 10 compared to Windows 7!

As soon as I decide one way, I change my mind and decide the other way instead.

Who's used Windows 10? Do you like it better or worse than Windows 7? Has it slowed your computer/laptop down? Sped it up? Neither, but you like it anyway? Neither but you hate it anyway?

I know some of you have found yourselves with Windows 10 unexpectedly - now that you've used it for a while, what d'you think?

Please tell meeeeeee!

I switched voluntarily, because I was curious and stuck with it. Didn't notice any vast improvents, but it's running just fine, mostly.
Mr. Siskiou's comouter was "taken over",  which he really didn't like. We noticed that the microphone on both our computers didn't work anymore after the update and it took me ages to find a driver that worked. It seems to br a common problem.
If you like to decide what windows updates you want to install,  windows 10 is not for you. It just does it, unless you have the pro version.

Yeah, I was careful not to let me computer be taken over... I've heard about the driver issue, if you have older hardware that's less updated. I've got an external webcam that might be messed up, come to think of it, that I like better than the built in one... hmmn, and my headset is pretty old (in the scale of things), I'd forgotten about them. I reckon the printer should be okay, and I'd hope my speakers were, though they're not fancy, so... hmmns!

I'm not too fussed about the automatic updates, cos I mostly had those on automatic anyway. There was just one thing I didn't want auto update on, and turned off... and for the life of me I can't remember now! Something that tried to force a change I didn't like in the new version, and I was waiting until they fixed it... but mostly I figure the updates know more than I do about keeping me secure, so I go with them.

Your "mostly" worries me a bit!
